Truck Driver – CDL A Class Regional Flex (Ryder System, Inc.)
Immediate opening for a solo Class A CDL truck driver in Hagerstown, MD. We are looking for a skilled trucker to join Ryder.

Compensation:
Pay: $1600 or more per week
Hourly pay: $29.58 per hour
Hours per week: 50 hours
Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile after 50 miles
Paid training
Schedule varies
Start time: dispatch (PM/AM)
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading freight as required by customer.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age.
Pass a Ryder drug test.
Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
Pass a DOT physical.
Pass a Ryder road test.
Hold an appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
Have Class A experience: ≥9 months within the past 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years.
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
