Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance. Record patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate). Collect patient’s health information. Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians. Administer oral medications and injections. Test patient’s blood sugar levels. Insert and care for urinary catheters. Perform wound care and dressing changes. Assist patients with personal hygiene. Monitor patients for changes. Maintain proper charting, documentation, and patient medical records. Ask questions for clarification when in doubt. Act as a role model for ancillary personnel. Maintain the confidentiality of patient clinical records. Demonstrate exceptional staff training and customer service skills. Exhibit a compassionate and friendly demeanor. Requirements
Current LPN license in the state. At least one year of LPN experience in a long‑term care setting preferred. Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer
