What We Require:
- Minimum 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or emergency care settings
- Board certification (PA NCCPA, Family Nurse Practitioner certifications)
- Ability to independently see and treat all patients in the center
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Strong soft skills and excellent patient communication
- Current BLS certification
- Willingness to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius
- Ability to work effectively without supervision, with support from a supervising physician when needed
- Completion of credentialing and Medicare enrollment processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation
- Familiarity with pediatric and adult patient care
- Adaptability to Epic EMR with training
Additional Details:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
- Work Schedule: Shift dates as listed in comments; flexibility required
- No travel reimbursement offered; support within a 65-mile radius
- Support staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistants, PSA, and offsite supervising physicians
- Clinical duties encompass urgent care procedures and minor interventions
- No call requirements; supervision provided
- Thorough onboarding, EMR training, and clinical interviews are part of the process
- Support during each shift with a dedicated team
