Job Responsibilities
Provide academic support in the classroom and assist with classroom discussions and activities
Encourage students to connect course content to their future goals and prepare for guest speakers
Facilitate study group sessions to reinforce course material and support collaborative learning
Maintain accurate attendance records and report observations to the Program Manager
Supervise students during campus activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
Experience working with high school-aged students
Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to maintain professional relationships with students while providing mentorship
Experience in building community within small and large groups
Passion for working with students in grades K-12, including experience with summer camps or precollege programs
