What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma required
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students and staff
Experience working with high school-aged students
Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in building community within small and large groups
Passion for working with students in grades K-12, especially in summer camps or pre‑college programs
Proven ability to maintain professional relationships while providing support
