Help students prepare for guest speakers and supervise during field trips
Facilitate study group sessions to reinforce course material
Take daily attendance and track student progress, reporting observations to the Program Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
Applicants must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students, administration, and support staff
Experience working with high school‑aged students
Energetic approach to learning and respect for individual differences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with summer camps, pre‑college programs, or international programs
Proven ability to maintain a professional relationship with students while providing support
Comfort with problem‑solving and working in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in building community within small and large groups
Passion for working with students in grades K-12
