is seeking a dedicated
Behavior Technician (BT)
based in the Solano County area to provide in‑home ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Pay and Benefits
Base pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience and certification.
Sign‑on bonus: $150
Paid 40‑hour RBT training program, including exam cost coverage.
Automatic hourly increase after obtaining RBT certification.
Flexible scheduling (10–25+ hours/week, afternoons/evenings, some weekends).
Mileage reimbursement, continuing education credits, and health benefits for eligible hours.
Career advancement paths to BCBA, supervisor, or clinical roles.
What You’ll Be Doing As a
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee , you will provide direct 1:1 behavioral support in clients’ homes.
Implement individualized behavior programs in a fun and engaging manner.
Collect accurate data on client progress and meet data reporting deadlines.
Collaborate with families to create a safe and supportive environment.
Participate in team meetings, receive ongoing training, and receive supervision from BCBA staff.
Ensure all client safety and transportation requirements are met.
Qualifications
Positive, enthusiastic attitude and passion for working with children.
RBT certification is a plus; we cover certification cost if you are willing to obtain it.
CPR & First Aid certification required.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required.
Requirements
Consistent schedule: afternoons/evenings with some weekend or morning availability.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. with valid work authorization.
Commuting to clients’ homes throughout the Solano County area.
Reliable auto insurance policy if using personal vehicle.
Required criminal background check, physical test (past year), TB test (past 90 days), and CPR/First Aid certification.
Physical ability to perform tasks required by the job.
