Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Type: PART-TIME (10 hours - 25+ hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday.

Afternoon and evening availability required.

Preference is given to candidates with availability 2:00‑8:00 pm.

Work Setting: In‑home

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Entry‑level role with paid training provided.

RBT certification costs are fully covered.

$150 Sign‑on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing As a

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee , you will provide direct, 1:1 behavioral support to children with autism or other disabilities in their homes.

Your role will involve implementing individualized behavioral programs, collecting data on client progress, and working closely with families to ensure a positive and supportive environment.

We’ll pay you for your 40 hours of training, and once you pass the RBT exam, we’ll cover the cost!

You’ll have access to online training, session overlaps, and hands‑on support to help you prepare.

Certification must be completed within 90 to 180 days of your start date.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 behavior programs in clients’ homes (training provided)

Engage with children in a fun and energetic way to support learning and development

Collect accurate data on client progress

Collaborate with families to provide a safe, supportive environment

Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing training and mentorship

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting

Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children

RBT certification is a plus; we will cover the cost of obtaining it or support those who desire to become certified

Spanish‑speaking is a plus

CPR & First Aid Certification required

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Reliability and willingness to work with a variety of clients

Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required

Behavioral knowledge/experience preferred, but not necessary

Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements

Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability)

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Commuting to clients’ homes around your area required

Reliable transportation and driver’s license required; if using your vehicle for work, we require an auto insurance policy with your name on it

Criminal background check required

Physical (past year) and TB Test (past 90 days) required

Valid CPR & First Aid Certification required
