Job Type: PART‑TIME, afternoon availability (2:00‑8:00pm preferred)
Work Setting: Home‑based care
Schedule: Monday to Sunday
Locations: Tracy, Mountain House, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Lathrop
What You’ll Do
Deliver one‑on‑one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and record data on client progress accurately
Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions

Pay & Benefits
Competitive pay: $21–$24/hour, based on experience. Pay increase after obtaining RBT certification
Mileage reimbursement between client homes
Flexible schedules to support work/life balance
All new behavior technicians are required to get RBT certified within 90 days. We provide 40 hours of paid training, cover the cost of the RBT exam if successful on first try
Ongoing supervision and coaching from dedicated training team, supervisor, and BCBA
Shadowing opportunities and hands‑on mentorship to build confidence
Clear pathways to move into advanced roles—lead technician, trainer, clinical supervisor, or BCBA
Supervision hours and internship support for those pursuing BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW credentials

Qualifications
Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
Spanish‑speaking is highly preferred
Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, not required
Highly preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field
RBT certification is a plus; we will cover the cost of obtaining it
Ability to work independently and communicate effectivelyReliability and willingness to work with a variety of clients
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
TB test within 90 days, MMR & Varicella immunization, pre‑employment physical within past year
Background check (FBI & DOJ)
