Host Company Description The host company is a luxury, 4-star resort at a lakeside location in Branson, Missouri with a large pool with several dining outlets. The hotel also has a marina with water sports and it is close to the many hiking trails that wind through the Ozark Mountains. Their menus include American dining staples such as hand cut steaks, chicken and pork entrees, grilled to perfection and served with homemade sides and seasonal menu options. The intern will learn how to prepare American fine dining and casual dining menus in a high-volume environment.
Position Description
Learn all aspects of food service in an upscale hotel
Aid in upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation
Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
Advance management skills and supervisory duties

program, applicants must be
hospitality or restaurant management
undergraduate/graduate students OR be recent graduates who begin the program within 12 months of their graduation date
To apply for the
Trainee
program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the
restaurant management or culinary arts
field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
Applicants must speak
ADVANCED ENGLISH , have a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates
