We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Technician Level 3 to join our team.

Job Summary The Industrial Technician Level 3 will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventive maintenance, repairing down equipment and a commitment to workplace safety.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a swing shift with hours that will vary during peak periods. Pay is DOE.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including over 100 different pieces of printing equipment that includes conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, spring loaded etc.

Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.

Install, align, and dismantle machinery and equipment as required.

Collaborate with the maintenance team and management to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems.

Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest industry practices and technology.

Communicating at a high level with management team and operators

Train operators on techniques to keep equipment running smoothly

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.

Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or in a similar role (minimum of 5 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, automation, and electrical controls.

Proficiency with servo motors, AC/DC systems, belts, drives, and low-voltage technology.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and work for extended periods.
