Strong communication skills and ability to work well with students and staff
Experience working with high school‑aged students
Energetic approach to learning and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with summer camps, precollege programs, or international programs
Proven ability to build community within small and large groups
Passion for working with K‑12 students and guiding them in exploring higher education opportunities
