Position Server (Part‑Time)
Location Blue Springs, Missouri
Starting Wage $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Shift Schedule Friday/Saturday 7:00 am – 1:30 pm

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional hosting— greet residents, create a welcoming dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare dining service— set tables, prepare salads, and roll silverware to ensure a smooth meal service.
Maintain cleanliness— buss tables, sweep floors, and uphold a tidy environment for the community.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age.
Reading, writing, and speaking English at a minimum 8th‑grade proficiency.
Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift or move items up to 50 pounds; assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall care.
Criminal background check clearance.
