Concessions Manager/ Supervisor Position Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverage items while delivering friendly, efficient, and professional guest service. This role supports a positive guest experience in fast-paced event environments. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages including beer Operate espresso machines, brewers, and POS systems accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee and service areas Restock coffee, syrups, milk, cups, and supplies as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and beverage quality standards Provide friendly, professional guest service Work efficiently as part of a team during peak service periods Qualifications & Requirements

Previous barista or food service experience preferred (not required) Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Certifications

Food Handler Certification TABC Work Environment

Fast-paced café, concessions, and event settings Exposure to heat, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
