Job Description As an Applebee's bartender, you will mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, maintain friendly relations with staff and customers, and help servers deliver the best drinks possible. You will work hard but enjoy the fun, flexible environment with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to established standards.
Greet and serve guests, maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.
Create a great bar experience and support service staff.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old per state law.
Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
Committed to making a positive impact in the dining room.
Physical standards: ability to remain stationary up to four (4) hours, lift up to 25 pounds, reach, bend, stoop, and use protective coverings while also washing hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
