Overview Our exciting Manager‑In‑Training (MIT) program gives you the opportunity to learn and grow at an established company with over 45 years of experience. The custom interactive program guides you through hands‑on and computer‑based training over approximately twelve (12) weeks, focusing on managing your own account.

Responsibilities The MIT program includes:
General training & comprehension – operate and teach others in various housekeeping positions and industrial cleaning equipment.
Leadership development – assist in training, quality control and in‑servicing staff.
Policies & procedures – ensure quality standards, inventory, safety and customer service expected.
Reporting – maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel and equipment.
Training – responsibility for all training, quality control and staff meeting standards.
Leadership – payroll, staffing, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory and budgeting.
Communication – convey directives from client managers and administrators to HCSG staff.
Safety – use protective gear, manage cleaning solutions, report equipment issues.
Punctuality – consistent attendance, timely completion of assignments.
Customer experience – represent HCSG politely and cooperatively.
Resident experience – pleasant interaction with residents, staff, guests.
Qualifications
Positive attitude; follows instructions; performs routine tasks.
After training, performs responsibilities without supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills for record‑keeping and web‑based reporting.
Relies on schedule; punctual.
COVID‑19 vaccination compliance.
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, walk for extended periods, and work around food and cleaning products.
Resides in the service area.
