Overview SP+, an organization within Metropolis Technologies, is an artificial intelligence company that uses computer vision to enable checkout‑free parking experiences. Customers simply “drive in and drive out” without fumbling with tickets, machines, apps, or credit cards. SP+ is the largest parking network in America, powering mobility at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe.
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, and log trip counts.
Assist disabled passengers and customers, answering questions and directing them to the Facility Manager when needed.
Maintain punctuality and appear in uniform at all scheduled days.
Carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license at all times and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
Communicate debris, spills, or other incidents to the garage office.
Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when authorized.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways surrounding the location.
Assist customers with luggage or other items, such as when operating shuttle buses at an airport location.
Help the Facility Manager with additional duties as required.
Qualifications Education / Experience:
Less than a high school education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.
License:
Valid state driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
DOT Medical Card:
A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
Availability:
Ability to work designated shifts, including third shift or weekends, as required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; and present information effectively in one‑on‑one customer interactions.
Mathematical Skills:
Capable of performing basic arithmetic with one‑ and two‑digit numbers and operations involving tens and hundreds, including U.S. currency.
Appearance:
Must maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear uniform at all times.
Physical Demands:
Regular standing, walking, handling cash and equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and the ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
Salary $15.00 per hour plus tips. Eligible to earn additional tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
