Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency. Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently. Provide customers with value‑added solutions to enhance their homes. Keep company truck well‑maintained, organized, and help manage parts efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools. Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred. Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Proficient with smartphone use for part ordering. Successfully pass background and drug screen. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work. Ability to travel up to 100%. Work variable and flexible hours, including overtime. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, stoop, and crawl as needed. Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle. Additional Information
