Base pay range $22.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Position Summary As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas, delivering high‑quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and TPMS systems.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the service experience, and maintain accurate inventory and compliance standards.
Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate documentation of work orders.
Communicate equipment and tool needs to the TBC Lead and track special orders.
Adhere to company policies and uphold ethics and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid State‑issued Driver’s License.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Commit to complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Auto service industry experience.
Retail experience.
