Essential Job Functions

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).

Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.

Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders timely; contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.

Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, following procedure and using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.

Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly; issue refunds accurately with correct payment methods and stage returned merchandise properly.

Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.

Communicate Zipline messages, delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks, and ensure completion.

Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule, obtain approval for deviations, and clock in/out per company policy.

Perform all store opening/closing duties: day end procedures, verify/securing money and deposits per policy, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors and secure the building, arm/disarm security alarms, and secure delivery vehicles.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities

Strong communication skills

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Desired: Automotive systems and repair knowledge

Desired: ASE Certification

Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
