Retail Associate – Inventory (Part Time)
Location: Green Bay, WI.
Salary: $17.00–$21.00 per hour with potential for a productivity‑based wage increase up to $5.00 within the first 6 months. Referral bonus: $200 per friend referred.

Responsibilities
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when achieved.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales, driver, or warehouse work. No inventory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
No degree required; open to candidates with no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Working Conditions The position requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent walking, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, occasional low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use of ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel via car or plane, including overnight stays.
