About the Role
Retail Associate – Inventory.
This position is part of our WIS Retail team and focuses on accurate, efficient inventory management.
Salary: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour.
Opportunities for productivity‑based wage increases up to $2.00 monthly in the first six months, with a maximum of $5.00.

Responsibilities
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and celebrate achievements; productivity‑based wage increases are in place.
Represent the organization and uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment.
Promote a culture focused on people, technology, and process to succeed together.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving, or warehouse work is preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfortable using handheld scanners or counting tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Encouraged: no degree needed, returnees to workforce, military experience, and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists.
It also involves squatting, kneeling, crouching, use of ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
