Part‑time retail associate – Inventory
Starting Wage: $16.75 – $19.00. This position is eligible for a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.
Referral bonus: $200 per referral (no limit).

What You Will Do
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations; walk or stand for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and benefit from productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred.
No inventory experience required – training provided.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfortable with handheld scanners or counting tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
No degree needed.
Recent returnees to the workforce or military experience encouraged.
Access to reliable transportation.
Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods; repetitive motions with both hands; frequent squatting, kneeling or crouching; occasional ladder use; lift up to 25 lbs.; occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
