What You Will Do
Work primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, vehicle inspections, maintenance and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them; productivity-based wage increases are available.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver or Warehouse work is welcome.
No inventory experience needed; training provided for disciplined candidates.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Encouraged applicants: no degree required, returning to workforce, military experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
Valid driver’s license within state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening and MVR check.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours—including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, ladder use, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car and plane, including overnight stays.
