Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings
Part-time position located in Gulfport, MS. Working early morning hours. Salary range: $13.25 - $15.25 per hour.

What You Will Do
Count and record inventory with precision.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals; productivity‑based wage increases available.

Team Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work (inventory experience not required). We train discipline.
Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions using both hands and wrists, maintain low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally travel by car or plane for overnight stays.
