Position Overview
Full‑time Analyst I in the South Lake Tahoe office, reporting in person 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Up to two days of telework per week may be considered for California residents after six months in the position.

Duties
Collaborate on process improvements and ensure documents comply with accessibility standards.
Analyze and track data in various databases.
Act as a Public Records Act coordinator.
Review website pages, links, and data for accuracy and relevancy.
Perform complex formatting of board agenda items and other documents and reports.
Provide administrative support at regional board meetings.
Qualifications
College degree (or equivalent) with a record of eligibility.
Essentials: integrity, initiative, dependability, good judgment, and cooperative work ethic.
Valid driver’s license if driving is required.
Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, advanced Word features (styles, TOC, review tools), document accessibility remediation, and PDF tag editing.
Desirable Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
Experience researching, analyzing, streamlining, and improving processes and procedures.
Proficiency in advanced Word and Excel functions.
Experience with document accessibility remediation.
