- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including document preparation and organization.
- Assist with updating project-related documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate project updates to the owner and other key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain records related to construction projects, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to manage schedules, meetings, and project timelines.
- Handle expense reporting and event coordination to support project activities.
- Contribute to the overall organization of projects by streamlining processes and ensuring effective communication.
- Monitor and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution.
- Familiarity with construction documents and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing project data.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
