My client is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal for their Minneapolis office. This is a nationally recognized firm with multiple offices across the country. Background

5+ years of experience as a trust and estate planning paralegal.

Prepare probate filings including petitions for probate, inventories, and tax returns.

Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns.

Ability to draft basic estate planning and trust-related documents.

Bachelor's degree is required, Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
