Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

We are looking for a passionate, skilled commercial technician who is detail‑oriented, self‑starter, and enjoys travel and variety.
Responsibilities

Use your 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring) plus a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification to deliver exceptional service with minimal supervision.
Be the eyes and ears in the field, completing service tickets in a designated territory efficiently and with high quality.
Maintain clear professional communication with lead technician(s), field supervisor(s), and office staff, including thorough documentation.
Show flexibility, cooperation, and professionalism with employees and customers.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
Travel up to 500–2,000 miles per week to client sites, with paid mileage reimbursement.
Meet flexible schedule demands including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
Provide reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a suitable toolbox.
Use industry software, mobile apps, and digital tools to complete work orders, communicate, and document activities.
Lift up to 80 lbs, apply up to 200 lbs of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
