American Repair Maintenance is hiring for a Field Service Technician in Fort Worth, TX. This role reports to a Territory Field Supervisor and supports the highest standard of commercial maintenance and customer service for our clients. This is a role for a passionate, skilled technician who is detail-oriented, self-starting, enjoys travel and variety, and wants to be part of a supportive, growing company. Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr What You’ll Do

Utilize 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring, plus a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification, proven mechanical aptitude, and ability to read assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service with minimal supervision. Be the eyes and ears in the field, successfully completing service tickets in a designated territory in a cost-conscious, high-quality, timely manner. Maintain clear professional communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, field managers, and office staff on open issues and progress, including thorough documentation. Be flexible and cooperative with colleagues and customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions. Travel up to 500-2000 miles per week to client sites with paid mileage reimbursement. Meet a flexible and adaptable schedule, including on-call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights). Provide your own reliable transportation with capacity to transport tools and equipment (e.g., 16 ft., ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine), valid driver’s license, hand tools, and toolbox. Be comfortable and proficient with technology, including industry-specific software, mobile applications, and digital tools to complete work orders, communicate with team members, and document service activities. Be able to lift up to 80 lbs., handle up to 200 pounds of torque, and work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, or lying down. What You’ll Get
