Field Service Technician – American Repair Maintenance
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range $30.00/hr – $35.00/hr (actual pay depends on skills and experience)

Who You Are

Have 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry and flooring, a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings.
Be the eyes and ears in the field and successfully complete service tickets in a designated territory with cost consciousness, high quality and timeliness.
Maintain clear professional communication with lead technicians, supervisors, managers and office staff, documenting progress thoroughly.
Be flexible, cooperative and professional with colleagues and customers.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week with paid mileage reimbursement.
Meet the demands of a flexible schedule, including on‑call, overnight and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
Provide reliable transportation with the capacity to carry tools and equipment, a valid driver’s license and a toolbox suitable for the job.
Be comfortable and proficient with technology, including industry‑specific software, mobile apps and digital tools.
Lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque and work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting or lying down.
