Responsibilities and Qualifications We are currently searching for a Field Service Technician, reporting to a Territory Field Supervisor. This role offers a chance to make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will:
Resonate with our mission, vision, and values and foster a culture of accountability.
Leverage 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring, masonry, EIFS, welding, and advanced structural repairs, along with a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification.
Demonstrate proven mechanical aptitude, proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings, and the ability to deliver exceptional service with minimal direct supervision.
Complete service tickets in a designated territory cost‑consciously, with high quality and timeliness.
Maintain clear communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, field managers, and office staff.
Display high professionalism and cooperative attitude with employees and customers.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions.
Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week with paid mileage reimbursement.
Work a flexible schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel.
Provide reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, hand tools, and a toolbox suitable for the job.
Use technology, industry‑specific software, mobile apps, and digital tools to complete work orders and document service activities.
Be able to lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
