Who You Are We are searching for a passionate, skilled Field Service Technician, reporting to a Territory Field Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-starter with a commercial maintenance background and a love for travel and variety.
Responsibilities

Utilize 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring), high school diploma or vocational certification, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service with minimal supervision.
Be the eyes and ears in the field, completing service tickets in a designated territory in a cost-conscious, high‑quality, timely manner.
Maintain clear professional communication with lead technician(s), field supervisor(s), field manager(s), and office staff on open issues and progress of all work assigned, including thorough documentation.
Be flexible and cooperative with fellow employees and customers while displaying a high level of professionalism.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions.
Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week to client sites with paid mileage reimbursement.
Meet demands of a flexible and adaptable schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
Provide own reliable transportation capable of transporting tools and equipment (e.g., 16 ft., ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine), valid driver’s license, hand tools, and suitable toolbox.
Comfortable and proficient with technology, including industry‑specific software, mobile applications, and digital tools to complete work orders, communicate with team members, and document service activities.
Be able to lift up to 80 lbs, apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
