HR SERVICES SPECIALIST, FCH - HR SERVICES
Froedtert Health is seeking an HR Services Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for all HR customers. This hybrid role involves providing high level customer service, responding to HR questions, and supporting various HR functions.
Location:
Milwaukee, WI at Froedtert Hospital facility.
Job Type:
Full-time, FTE 1.0, Standard Hours 40. Shift: 1st shift 7:30 am – 4 pm (Monday–Wednesday on-site, Thursday–Friday remote). Hybrid.
Job Summary:
Serve as the first point of contact for all Human Resources customers. Provide high level customer service in response to HR questions and provide administrative support for various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Respond to HR inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, and employee records.
Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with HR team members and other departments.
Use MS Office tools and HRIS systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience (or 4 years of HR experience in lieu of degree).
Bachelor’s degree required; if substituted, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Human Resources or Health Care Administration degree.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Accurate keyboarding skills.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail.
Proficient with general office equipment.
