Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a full‑service restaurant
Strong commitment to outstanding guest service and hospitality
Ability to effectively resolve guest issues and maintain high service standards
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in a busy dining environment
Familiarity with front‑of‑house operations and team leadership
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations with a hands‑on leadership style
Inspire, support, and coach the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and engaging interactions
Lead by example during busy service periods, stepping into support roles as needed
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to enable smooth, efficient service
Monitor guest flow, wait times, and team productivity to maintain service excellence
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols
