What You Will Do

Count and record inventory with precision.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow.

Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.

Meet daily performance goals and work toward productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is desired.

No inventory experience? Training will be provided if you bring discipline and a willingness to learn.

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

We encourage applications from candidates who have no degree, no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience.

Access to reliable transportation.

Working Conditions Requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car or plane (including overnight stays). May involve squatting, kneeling, crouching, and use of ladders.
