Retail Inventory Associate - Driver
Salary: $14.50 – $16.50 per hour. Part‑time – flexible, traditional and non‑traditional hours. The more you are available, the more you can earn.
Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
What You Will Do
This team works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when you beat them. Productivity‑based wage increases are possible.

Team Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work is desirable.
No inventory experience? No problem – we will train you if you have discipline.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirements
Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
Will submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally travel via car and plane, including overnight stays.
