What You Will Do
Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct vehicle inspections, maintain, and clean the vehicle.
Count and record inventory with precision; follow a clear, consistent workflow.
Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods; meet daily performance goals.
Uphold WIS core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.

Requirements
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
A minimum of three years proven driving experience.
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate to assigned locations.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional overnight stays.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; lift up to 25 lbs; use ladder; squat and kneel as required.
Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and consistency; positive, team‑oriented attitude.
No experience needed in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work; training provided.
