What You Will Do
Transport team members to and from inventory events safely and on time
Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; perform vehicle inspections, maintenance and daily cleaning
Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success
Move between inventory locations; often walking or standing for extended periods
Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases
Uphold core values of service, pride, integrity, results, innovation and teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment
Team Requirements
At least 21 years of age
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales, driver or warehouse work (no inventory experience required)
Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
Strong focus and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
Positive, team‑oriented attitude
Encouraged to apply: no degree needed, returning to workforce, military experience
Access to reliable transportation
Driver Requirements
Valid driver’s license in state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months
Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience
Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check
Familiarity with GPS navigation
Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights
Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and occasional use of ladders. You will need to lift items up to 25 lbs., travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
