$43,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to engineering standards.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
Grind, deburr, and finish welds to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick/SMAW).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Demonstrated knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures.
Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX) or equivalent demonstrable skill.
Physical dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to perform welding tasks for extended periods.
Experience working with various metals (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and gauges.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with diverse welding processes (e.g., TIG, Flux-cored) or materials (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel).
Proficiency in fabrication and fitting techniques.
Forklift or overhead crane certification.
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
