Pay
Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift premium: $0.75 added for 2nd shift
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 4:30 pm – 1:00 am
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products, and load/unload trucks.
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator's License.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse work environment.
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance.
Initiative, high accuracy under pressure.
Physical: lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, use health and safety methods.
Available for a flexible schedule, various shifts.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
