The management team maintains high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and exceptional guest service while guiding and developing staff. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding leadership to your team and maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and safety, and facility management. Lead and manage restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, labor management, and customer experience. Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff; promote a professional image and embody company values. Ensure adherence to company guidelines, ethical practices, and cultural values; manage budgets and control costs. Coordinate daily operations during scheduled shifts and act as a primary resource for associates with questions. Support bakery-cafe operations to ensure staff are trained and competent across all aspects of food service and customer support. Education And Experience
At least 2-3 years of hospitality or restaurant management experience. A degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred. Food Management certifications are a plus. Must demonstrate a proactive, ownership mindset in operations. Perks And Benefits
