Salary Range: $38,722 - $50,339

Job Summary Assist faculty, staff, and students with computing devices by providing installation, troubleshooting, repair, training, and consulting services.

Benefits

Work week is 37.5 hours.

Almost two weeks off for Winter Break.

13 paid holidays.

Annual and sick leave: up to 24 days of annual leave per year (max 360 hours) and up to 18 days of sick leave per year.

Health insurance through West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) with seven health benefit plans.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience: 2 years experience in Service Desk or customer services.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional education and experience that enhance service delivery.
