Assist with securities enforcement and investigations, including regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions. Provide legal analysis and advice on securities‑related matters to clients in the professional services industry. Draft and review legal documents, including memoranda, correspondence, and motions. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and client communication. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of securities laws and regulations to provide informed counsel. Participate in client meetings and provide clear, professional guidance. Work closely with senior attorneys to support litigation and regulatory defense efforts. A successful candidate should have: Strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership. What's on Offer
Competitive base salary between $310,000 and $445,000, depending on experience. Eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
