Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Associate Governmental Programs Analyst is responsible for independently performing the more complex analytical duties in support of the DGS Property Inventory Program and DGS Mobile Device and Services Program. All tasks are performed in accordance with the Office of Business and Acquisition Services (OBAS) policies and procedures, utilizing state telecommunications policies, procedures and standards, State Contracting Manual (SCM) Volume 2, State Administrative Manual (SAM), FI$Cal, Email, Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow.
