Job Responsibilities
Set goals, monitor, and implement short and long‑term vision for the team as part of the annual business plan.
Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project delivery.
Lead and mentor colleagues on civil engineering land development projects.
Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff.
Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
Administer JT’s Quality Assurance process for all projects.
Research Federal, State, and local regulations for project‑specific requirements.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects.
A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and conferences.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
Occasional travel out‑of‑town and overnight for professional development and project‑related work.
