Civil Engineering Manager – Municipal

Hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee and Eau Claire, WI offices. The ideal candidate has experience with wastewater treatment facilities, drinking water supply, and/or urban transportation design or construction.
Job Responsibilities
Set goals, monitor, and implement short- and long-term vision for the team as part of the annual business plan
Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from pursuit through delivery
Lead and mentor colleagues on transportation‑related projects
Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
Communicate effectively internally and externally
Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff
Administer the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings and conferences
Legal authorization to work permanently (without time limitations or sponsorship) in the United States
Occasional out‑of‑town and overnight travel for professional development or project‑related work
