Position Summary The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all specified parking departments on site. They assist the cashier on duty by performing cash transactions and providing excellent customer service, ensuring proper ticket handling and guest payments, and delivering service that exceeds customer expectations. The supervisor is also accountable for cash handling procedures, safety standards, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cash transactions with accuracy and precision

Keep cash organized and know the amount on hand

Ensure cash and tickets are sorted throughout the day

Prepare cash control/summary sheets accurately and neatly

Report all overages and shortages

Plan ahead to have adequate change on hand

Complete all Reimagined documents accurately

Maintain a neat and organized work environment

Clean and organize the interior of the booth

Clean the booth windows

Continuously wipe down signage and equipment on the lot

Pick up excess garbage and refill bags in garbage cans

Ensure supplies are properly stacked and organized

Maintain a safe and secure work environment

Lock windows and doors, securing cash if leaving the booth

Secure monies and control sheets in a deposit bag before deposit

Report odd occurrences or suspicious persons immediately to supervisor

Be punctual and punch timecard at shift start and end

Adhere to the Reimagined Parking dress code for proper attire and grooming

Follow all company policies and procedures

Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service with courtesy and helpfulness

Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner

Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns

Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets

Match visitor ticket forms when original tickets are not located

Complete shift/daily reconciliation of receipts, cash, and charges accurately

Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashier’s booth

Answer telephone promptly and courteously when required

Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead

Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Verbal communication ability with guests

Quick learner with sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments

Minimum age 18 years

Basic math skills

Experience with cash handling is an asset

Previous customer service experience preferred
