Pay Rate USD $18.00 – USD $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Learn and execute the duties of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions, including operating industrial cleaning equipment.
Assist in training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff according to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
Lead and support teams to meet quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment, delivering reports to HCSG and facility management.
Conduct tours of facility areas to assess work quality using QCIs and document findings.
Handle managerial duties such as payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory maintenance, and budgeting.
Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff.
Use protective gear appropriately and manage cleaning solutions safely, reporting equipment or product needs in a timely manner.
Maintain punctual attendance, complete assigned cleaning areas on schedule, and respond promptly to paging.
Represent HCSG positively, being courteous and cooperative with supervisors, coworkers, and client staff, and displaying respectful interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
Qualifications
Positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks.
After training, demonstrate leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities independently.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer skills to maintain records and complete web‑based reports.
Must be available for scheduled work and arrive on time.
Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform routine tasks continuously and work around food and cleaning products.
Residence in the service area required.
