What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead & engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.

Team Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
Customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Will submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required.
A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., travel via car or plane including overnight stays.
